call. A service call is for the
customer that finds him or herself
stranded due to a vehicle breakdown
whether it be on the side of the
road, your place of business or at
home. When you do not know what is
wrong and you need us to give you an
accurate diagnosis, a service call
is what you require. The cost of a
service call can be waived when a
customer decides to move forward
with the recommended repairs or if
some other arrangement has been
made. If you already know what your
problem is these fees do not apply!
